1. Getting Started

CaBViO is a technology-based taxi aggregation platform that connects passengers with independent drivers for convenient rides.

Download the CaBViO app, register using your mobile number, and complete basic profile details.

Yes. Users must be 18 years or older to use the platform.

Enter your pickup and drop location, select your ride type, review the fare estimate, and confirm the booking.

Fare estimates are indicative and may change due to traffic conditions, route changes, waiting time, tolls, or surcharges.

Advance ride availability depends on city and service conditions. Please check in-app options.

CaBViO supports UPI, wallets, and other digital payment methods available in the app.

Additional charges may include tolls and parking fees, waiting time charges, or cancellation fees (if applicable).

Trip invoices are available in the app after ride completion.

Yes. Cancellation is allowed, but cancellation fees may apply depending on timing and ride status.

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Yes. You can view the driver’s name, photo, vehicle number, and live location before and during the ride.

Yes. Live ride tracking is available for safety and convenience.

You can report lost items through in-app support. CaBViO is not responsible for lost or stolen items but will assist where possible.

CaBViO uses driver verification, live ride tracking, and 24/7 customer support. Always verify driver and vehicle details before boarding.

CaBViO does not provide passenger insurance unless explicitly stated. Drivers must have valid insurance as per law.

Support is available via the in-app Help section or our official support email.

After each ride, passengers can rate drivers and provide feedback to help improve service quality.

Yes. You can report concerns through in-app support. CaBViO will review and take appropriate action.

CaBViO collects personal, location, and trip-related data as described in the Privacy Policy.

CaBViO uses reasonable security measures to protect user data, though no system is completely secure.

Only necessary details (pickup location and name) are shared with drivers to complete the ride.

Accounts may be suspended for platform misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of Terms & Conditions.

You may request account deletion via in-app support, subject to legal requirements.

Yes. Fares and policies may be updated. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of updated terms.
