1. Registration & Eligibility

Any individual aged 18 years or above with a valid driving license, eligible vehicle, and required permits as per local transport laws can register.

You may be required to submit: Driving license, Vehicle RC, Insurance & fitness certificate, Permit (as applicable), Aadhaar / PAN, and Bank account details for payouts.

No. Drivers on CaBViO are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Evie Drive India Private Limited.

2. Account & App Usage

No. Each driver is allowed only one active account. Multiple accounts may lead to suspension.

Yes. Accounts may be suspended for violations of Terms & Conditions, safety issues, poor ratings, or fraudulent activity.

3. Rides & Trip Management

Rides are assigned based on location, availability, demand, and performance metrics.

Yes, but frequent or unjustified cancellations may impact your ratings and account status.

Yes. Your location is tracked when you are online or on a trip to enable ride matching, navigation, and safety.

4. Payments & Earnings

Fares are calculated based on distance, time, demand (surge pricing), tolls, and applicable taxes.

Earnings are settled to your registered bank account as per the payout cycle displayed in the app.

Yes. Platform service fees, commissions, penalties (if applicable), and statutory deductions may apply.

5. Ratings & Reviews

Passengers rate drivers after each trip. Ratings affect service quality monitoring, incentives eligibility, and account review decisions.

Yes. You may raise a concern through in-app support, though CaBViO reserves the final decision.

6. Safety & Compliance

Drivers must follow traffic laws, maintain vehicle condition, and behave professionally with passengers.

CaBViO does not provide driver or passenger insurance unless explicitly stated. Drivers must maintain valid insurance as required by law.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

CaBViO collects personal, vehicle, trip, location, and financial information as described in the Driver Privacy Policy.

Only limited info (name, photo, vehicle details, live location) is shared with passengers during trips.

8. Support & Disputes

You can reach support through the in-app Help section or our official support email.

Disputes are handled as per the Driver Terms & Conditions and applicable Indian laws.

9. Legal & Policy Updates

Yes. Policies may be updated. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

10. Account Closure

You may request account deactivation via in-app support. Pending dues or disputes must be resolved first.
