By accessing or using the CaBViO Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Nature of Services
CaBViO is a technology-based taxi aggregation platform that connects passengers with independent third-party drivers and vehicle owners. The Company does not own, operate, or control vehicles and is not a transportation provider.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate, complete information during registration.
3. User Account
You are responsible for your credentials. One individual may maintain only one active account.
4. Booking & Ride Services
Ride requests are subject to driver availability. Estimated fares, arrival times, and routes are indicative and may vary due to traffic, demand, or other conditions. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
5. Fares & Payments
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, demand, tolls, and taxes. Payments are accepted via UPI, wallets, or other digital methods. Any fare disputes must be raised via in-app support within a reasonable time.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation fees may apply. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
8. User Conduct
Misuse, damage to vehicles, or harassment of drivers may result in permanent termination of your account.
9. Safety & Liability
Users are responsible for their own safety. The Company is not liable for personal injury, lost items, or driver misconduct. Always verify vehicle and driver details before boarding.
11. Intellectual Property
All logos and software belong to the Company.
14. Force Majeure
Not liable for failures due to natural disasters or strikes.
15. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India.
